Peterborough Chase at Huntingdon Racecourse

Is there anything more exhilarating than a day at the races?  With the Peterborough Chase at Huntingdon Racecourse coming up next month, it’s the perfect opportunity to get dressed up and kick off the festive season in style.

From watching the stable staff saddle up the horses, picking out a favourite in the Parade Ring and having a flutter, to seeing your horse (hopefully) cross the finish line first, a day at Huntingdon Racecourse is always one to remember.

The Peterborough Chase is one of the most highly anticipated and prestigious racedays in the calendar, and has seen famous winners, including Desert Orchid, Remittance Man, Dublin Flyer, One Man, Best Mate, Edredon Bleu and Monet’s Garden since its first staging in 1969.

Headlined by the Grade 2 Peterborough Chase, there are six further races on the day, making up one of the highest calibre Sunday cards seen in the UK all year.  As well as a chance to see the quality racing on show, there are Cheltenham Festival clues for the taking, with many racers moving on to the Melling Chase at the Randox Grand National Festival in April, among others.
