How do I find The Yard @ Pringle Farm?
Who is there to help me if I have an issue during my stay?

You will find everything you need in your rooms for your stay, however, if you do need assistance, you can call our support team on 07741 001 926.

Is there a minimum number of nights I can stay for?

You can book one of our barns for one night stays Monday to Thursday and two nights Friday to Sunday

What facilities are available in the rooms?

Our rooms are very well equipped and you will find:

  • 5* quality Hypnos beds made with 200 thread count Egyptian cotton bed linen
  • 600 thread count luxurious towels
  • Smart TV’s in living areas and in each principal bedroom
  • Luxurious toiletries
  • Hairdryers
  • Fully equipped kitchens
  • All rooms benefit from underfloor heating.
  • Superfast broadband is available across the property.
  • USB equipped sockets.
Is there free wifi in the properties?

Yes, we have invested into super-fast broadband speeds, despite the rural location.

What time is check in and check out?

You can check in from 3.30pm – you will be sent a code for the keysafe when you book. We ask guests to checkout by 10.00am, returning the key to the keysafe.

Can I bring my dog or other pet?

Sadly we cannot accommodate pets at this time.

Am I allowed to smoke or use electronic cigarettes during my stay?

Smoking is not permitted inside any Pringle Farm building. Smoking receptacles are available for your convenience. Smoking inside the buildings will not be tolerated and will result in the guest’s stay at Pringle Farm terminated.

Are your rooms suitable for babies and children?

Our barns are not designed for children and babies; they are welcome, but you will need to bring any associated equipment with you.

Can I order a food delivery?

Yes, we want to make it simple for you to order food deliveries and takeaways to make the use of your ample kitchen facilities available. You can order from most supermarkets including Ocado for local delivery direct to your rooms and you will find details of local takeaways who deliver here. Leaflets for takeaways are also provided in each of the rooms.

How often are the rooms cleaned?

Rooms are cleaned between stays; and every seven days for stays exceeding a week.

Are your rooms wheelchair friendly?

While our Cheltenham suite is level access throughout and is suitable for less abled guests, our facilities are not yet appropriate for wheelchair users.

Do you offer discounts for longer term bookings?

Yes, for longer stays discounted rates may be available. For more information, please email us.

Is there plenty of parking?

Yes, we have ample free parking on the farm that is very close to every room

Can I charge my electric car?

Yes, you can! We have added electric charging points to accommodate the ever-growing group of people that now have electric vehicles so we can support the most environmentally friendly modes of transport. Please email reservations@pringlefarm.co.uk to ensure we add you to our account. 

Can we invite friends to stay?

Our insurance covers us for a maximum number of occupants per suite, these are detailed on the suite’s web page and are repeated on your booking confirmation. Parties exceeding the stated maximum may therefore have their bookings terminated.

Do I have to clean my barn before leaving?

We have a designated cleaner that ensures our barns are spotless for following guests, so we do not expect you to carry out a full clean before your departure. However, please ensure you take all your belongings with you and all rubbish is placed in the bins provided.

Can I request an invoice for VAT purposes?

Yes, just let us know that you need one when booking.

I think I have left something in the property, how do I get it back?

If you think you have left anything behind, just email reservations and if we can locate the item we will make arrangements to get it back to you.
