Can I still make a booking for future dates?

Absolutely!

What steps are you taking to protect guests from the spread of COVID-19?

We carry out an anti-bacterial deep clean with a virucidal cleaner to minimise risk of cross-contamination between every booking. For more information, please read our 7 Point Hygiene Commitment.

What if I already have an existing booking – when will I know if it has been cancelled?

We are currently taking bookings, but we will be in contact straight away if government advice changes mean we are unable to fulfil your booking.

What if I get told to self isolate by the NHS Test & Trace app?

If you are told to self-isolate by the NHS Test and Trace App or test positive for COVID 19 within ten days of your planned stay at The Yard @ Pringle Farm, please contact reservations@pringlefarm.co.uk or call us on 07741 005634 to discuss any changes that need to be made to your booking. 

Will I receive a refund if my booking is cancelled?

If we have to cancel your booking due to government advice – which we really hope we don’t have to! – you will receive a full refund, processed to your card provider by us within one working day of government advice changing. You will also have the option to rebook, of course!

Does the layout of Pringle Farm work for social distancing – will I be able to avoid anyone else staying at the Farm

Yes, you will. The layout of the Farm allows for social distancing without any special measures.

Will you provide anti-bacterial handwash or should I bring my own?

Washing hands in the approved manner with soap and water is the best protection, however, anti-bacterial handwash is also provided.

What measures are your staff, including cleaners taking to protect guests?

We have undertaken a full risk assessment and have provided appropriate guidelines and training to all our staff, including cleaners. For more information, please read our 7 Point Hygiene Commitment.

What about housekeeping services, how does that work with social distancing measures?

Unfortunately we cannot offer our usual daily housekeeping service in the current circumstances.  Please keep the property clean and tidy for the duration of your stay. The rooms will be subject to a full anti-bacterial deep clean with a virucidal cleaner to minimise risk of cross-contamination between every booking.
